This California Privacy Notice ("California Notice") supplements the Global Privacy Notice at https://myfundedfutures.com/privacy-policy, and applies to you only if you are a resident of the State of California and in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA").
We collect certain information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you ("Personal Data"), as further described below. In addition, we may collect data that is not identifiable to you or otherwise associated with you, such as aggregated data, and is not Personal Data. To the extent this data is stored or associated with Personal Data, it will be treated as Personal Data; otherwise, the data is not subject to this notice.

However, no method of safeguarding information is completely secure. While we use measures designed to protect Personal Data, we cannot guarantee that our safeguards will be effective or sufficient. In addition, you should be aware that Internet data transmission is not always secure, and we cannot warrant that information you transmit utilizing the Services is or will be secure.

In certain circumstances, MyFunded Futures may share limited user account information with affiliated companies and media platforms within the MyFunded group of companies for the purpose of publishing trader performance statistics, rankings, leaderboards, or similar informational content.
Such disclosures may include a trader's display name or username, generalized geographic indicator (e.g., country), account size category, and performance metrics (such as profit, percentage gain, or win rate) as displayed within MyFunded Futures platforms. These publications may appear on affiliated websites, research portals, media platforms, or educational content sites operated by or associated with the MyFunded group. No personally identifiable information, including real names, contact information, identification documents, financial account details, or other sensitive personal data, will be disclosed in connection with these publications. Usernames or display names may be partially anonymized or truncated in publicly displayed rankings or performance summaries.
By using the platform, users acknowledge that performance statistics and leaderboard placement may be publicly displayed on MyFunded Futures platforms and may also be republished by affiliated entities for informational, educational, or promotional purposes.
Many web browsers, mobile OS and apps have a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature to signal your preference for not having your online browsing activities monitored and collected. However, as there is no agreed technology standard for DNT, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that communicates your preference not to be tracked. If a future standard for online tracking is adopted, we will update this privacy notice and inform you.
California's "Shine the Light" law permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what Personal Data (if any) we disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes in the previous calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made only once per year per person, must be sent to the email address below, and are free of charge. However, we do not disclose Personal Data protected under the "Shine the Light" law to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

If you choose not to provide your Personal Data that is necessary to provide any aspect of our products or services, you may not be able to use those products or services. We may disclose your Personal Data by allowing certain third parties (such as online advertising services, advertising networks and social networks) to collect Personal Data via automated technologies on our websites for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. Under California law, these kinds of disclosures may be considered a "sale" when the Personal Data is exchanged for non-monetary consideration, or "sharing" when the Personal Data is disclosed for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. You have the right to opt out of these types of disclosures of your information.
We may sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes (and may have sold or shared during the 12-month period prior to the effective date of this California Notice) the following categories of Personal Data about you to online advertising services and advertising networks:
We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of minors under 16 years of age.
To exercise your rights, you must provide us with sufficient information to allow us to verify your identity, and describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. Once we receive the information you provide to us, we will review it and determine if more information is necessary to verify your identity as required by law, and we may request additional information in order to do so.

We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, and/or update this California Notice, and any such modifications, alterations, or updates will be effective upon our posting of the revised California Notice. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you in the event material changes are made to our processing activities and/or this California Notice, such as by posting a notice on the Services or sending you an email.
